If spamming emotes are connected to shadowbanning member emotes should be exempt. They are made to be spammed and if somebody is abusing them the streamer/mods can take care of it and not some broken bot.

There's no actual evidence that emote spam has anything to do with these shadowbans. After my main account got banned I emote spammed on my alt account and everything was fine. Everyone who didn't get banned was emote spamming like usual too and Jewtube left them alone. The shadowbanning criteria is based on some other factor.
