tl;dr: Kyo threw Enna and her fans (and NijiEN too) under the bus repeatedly to get clout, and let everyone else pick up the pieces. Just like he said he would originally.
There's nothing going on between Kyo and Enna. He's just leeching off her because she was the easiest target. He couldn't leech off Luxiem or Noctyx because they were well established dudes, but someone like Enna, who was in a wave that originally got a lukewarm reception and grew gradually was perfect for him.
The most telling part about this whole ordeal is that Kyo has barely interacted with Millie at all during all of this. Millie is on record saying anyone who wants to get with Enna will have to go through her first but there's little to nothing of Kyo from Millie or Millie from Kyo. Compare that to the relationships they both established with Reimu and Petra or Fulgur and Uki.
Kyo is an unironic leech.
