>>40293492>>40294332This argument MIGHT hold water for some of council but Myth streamed consistently and often in their first year and beyond. They started from nothing on the EN side, didn't rely on indies or niji and still put out of lot of content.
If you compare debut tempus to debut myth I am not even sure who wins out at this point in streaming hours. With vespers suspension and break + axel with sporadic streams I actually think they probably fall short of myth for stream frequency. Let's see if tempus still keeps up the output 2 years in, hell let's see if they even manage to keep it up for a full year.
>Expanding Stars EN is hypothetically beneficial for Stars JPWell that is a different argument but if it about building the stars brand on the EN side to benefit it on JP then yes I can see that being a legitimate reason.
The hololiveEN "brand" however is flagging pretty fucking hard right now and holofes is coming up, if you make the argument that one affects the other to that extent the need for something to prop up holoEN side has never been greater - one graduation and 2 hiatus, numbers down across the board and more than likely a second graduation this year with how things are going. They need new blood badly.
