Coco is trickier, she wasn't fired but I suspect she was "encouraged" to graduate.
I'd definitely put more effort into helping her out in the form of moderation and making it clear I'm on her side, I still maintain Cover did her dirty.
I get the feeling Cover tried to get out of that yab with the China branch unscathed, but you can't serve two masters and going full Chinese isn't an option since you can't really succeed in China without being Chinese.
Not that I'm confident a period of extra moderation would help since that assumes the Chinese schizos would get tired of it before Cover did, but it would be worth a shot.
Arguably Coco deserved a slap on the wrist because she brought up Taiwan after X did on accident (I honestly forgot who that was) but as far as I can tell (or indeed remember) she essentially stood up for he colleague and I can't really fault her for that.
That's assuming I'd have complete control over everything, YAGOO doesn't, I don't recall off the top of my head of Cover has investors but even as a completely private company sponsors no doubt pressured him to sort this shit out ASAP, and Japanese businesses probably wouldn't entertain my approach to the Coco issue.
