It’s hard to judge too because someone like Ina clearly knows the value of hard work but still squanders hololive. And someone like Mori is clearly stupid and ugly but someone hasn’t learned anything either.
Meanwhile girls like Kiara understand how hard getting a gig like this is from their numerous failures and manages to appreciate it.

It’s hard to tell where the difference between Kiara and Ina lies though. Probably that Kiara likes attention while Ina was inherently not suited for the streaming life style and as such will always resent it

I will stick by my opinion that in order to join hololive you should enter a pact where you enter a gaming/concert dungeon for 10 years with no human contact outside other hololive members. You're only allowed to stream and entertain yourself with what's in the dungeon. Food will be delivered in regular intervals and requests for specific goods such as baked confectionaries or cosmetics can be requested as needed, but will be taken out of the end payment.
After the 10 years are up the payment will be made with interest.

This is really the ideal way to breed successful and pure streamers.

The point of "doing it off stream" is to have opsec. Any Holo can do whatever she wants without her image being affected as long as her fans don't find out about it. I knew Haachama and Laplus were quite young women and damn, I wonder if I'm older than pretty much every holo. I'm probably the same age as Marine or Korone, though I suspect Korone might be in her 30s instead of late 20s. I feel too weird watching young zoomer streamers, I need more hags.
