I watch Rosemi and used to watch Enna until she kept on mentioning Kyo in every stream. Also tune in to Pomu whenever I can but it's a bit difficult because of timezones.

Iirc, Kanata and Marine seem to have some of the highest female viewership percentage wise. Last I remember them talking about it both had comfortably above 10% female viewership which is pretty high compared to most members.

I used to be a Sanallite but nowadays I just watch whoever is playing a game I'm interested in now that my oshi is out of the picture. I tend to see vtubers as an idol figure or surrogate friends so I prefer watching girls.
