>>41102684If you travel and travel back immediately then it's usually ok but if your body gets adjusted to the new timezone and then you travel back your sleep schedule is fucked and even if want to sleep through the night your body goes "lol you just want to nap, right?" and wakes up 2-3 hours later. You go back to bed and you wake up 2-3 hours later again because your body cannot fathom that you want to sleep through the night. And then you wake up and then when you hit midnight the time you were in when you were in the foreign country your body goes "hey I'm still sleepy (even though I just slept a bunch)" and your body wants to break down and just go back to bed. It's fucking terrible and while some people can deal with it, some people really can't.
At least, this was my experience when I went to Japan all the times I did.
