Why doesn't cover have their own academy yet like anycolor does? it just makes so much MORE sense for them to have one seeing as they are marketed as an idol company.
It serves as a training and retention program for new potential hires where they can teach them basic technical knowledge on how to stream, how to deal with advertisers, public image etc. as well keep future prospects that didn't make it into the last recruitment wave from immediately joining a competitor.
