Not really, Hololive isn't a group of rookie streamers who ask to pay in exposure because they don't have cash. Whoever makes that design will have hundreds of thousands of people viewing the tweet and millions viewing the swimsuits. It's also more or less a guarantee to get more work coming their way thanks to it
