Or scenarios where fixing one issue ends up being a massive time sync but you still create progress by fixing it, you did something it's just ambiguous what the thing you did was outside of the final product and if you have to sit down and think about a solution is that not working? I can't help but imagine the people who say this shit are unironically children who have never had a job, or they're laborers whose work literally translates to doing the same repetitive task which can be measured and averaged out to one shirt stacked or something like that. It reminds me of something an old boss said about lots of stupid people thinking work is just busy work, like the people who panic when the boss goes by and start randomly typing on the computer or acting busy instead of actually being busy which might not appear as anything.
