Vesper's suspension and Vesper stopped talking to Altare happened at same time. Some deeper hints also came from Axel's zatsu, who is too much of a retard so it comes out as word salad (nothing strong or quotable) but hints in the same direction. Basically been ghosting each other for weeks, Vesper has ceased doing collabs with all of Tempus for the most part but seems to still be friendly with the rest, only not with Altare. Now Altare's birthday collab had literally every Tempus member except him, meanwhile Ollie's tournament (the first Tempus collab Vesper has attended in month) coincidentally didn't have Altare.
This is combined with Axel's doomposting in a memberstream where he described a situation that was basically two parents fighting really badly while you're just caught in the middle having to listen to it.

It's basically a PekoMiko situation where they just suddenly ghost each other and nobody knows why.

It's not the same. No, really, this time it's literally not the same. The tourney isn't a "girls collab," he might not even play with the girls if Ollie puts him with 2 guys in the mixed portion. And even if he does end up with a female teammate, that's still only 2 people he has to interact with vs 13 in the MC collab, half of which don't speak English. Or maybe even only 1 if Ollie makes the teams duos due to the amount of participants.
