Proteins are good. The method you cook them, is mostly the culprit especially deep fry.
Get good snacks. Free sugar candies, low calorie munchables like baked crackers without sodium is okay. Just don't overdo your dieting, because your body can go into crazy crave mode. Except for soda, fuck em.
But most importantly, just stretch, take a walk every 2 hours and get fresh air.
