AI art is an existential attack on your psyche that makes it where there's literally nothing special about being an artist, having talent or any of the work you put it in. It's jealously and fear of the creation being a threat to the ego, like Frankenstein trying to kill his monster or God punishing humanity for the Tower of Babel or Weylan's reaction to Fassbender in those shitty Prometheus movies. That's what it comes down to ultimately. That's why it's so viscerally infuriating to you.
