EU4 is the easiest one. Pick a big country, don't piss off the other big countries, and you can triple your nation size with your eyes closed.

I feel like CK3 is the best choice. Even if you have no idea what are you doing there still would be some fun random events and it has decent tutorial. But if we look at it more realistically, there is no way chuba would invest the amount of time and effort required to become decent at any gsg.

Unless you're sweating on the highest difficulty (normal or the default difficulty is okay) like a 'tard in which case you should be playing chess instead, strategy games play like a reminiscent of tabletop roleplaying games where you just roleplay.

When I watch other people play even casual builder games I get very impatient because they don't bother to read all the possibilities they have available. And even if they did, those games take many hours or days to even do anything when most of them stream a few hours at most and then move onto the next game except when it's minecraft.

All map painting games take is patience and I say this with 600 hours in HOI4, 1500 hours in Victoria 2 and 1000 in EU4. And 900 in Imperator and 4000 in EU3

Sadly doesn't work. Maybe CK3, since it's fairly easy. As someone who played a lot of Stellaris, HoI and CK, I'll say Stellaris and HoI don't work. Unless you're in with the meta strategies just gonna be frustrating for people to watch, you need a high level of understanding of the game for it to be enjoyable for everyone involved.
CK3 you can just roleplay since it's easier than CK2.
