From what I've seen the past months with Pikamee, she was hitting snags with things like what she wanted for content, her model, and meeting fan demands. Her leaving is sure to be a huge hit to VOMS and I personally think the whole group is on its way out fairly soon.
For Pikamee, she may have real life goals she wants to meet. I hope one day she reemerges somewhere because several of her streams have been joys to watch. For a steaming kettle, she is very chill.

Boosts to confidence that should carry beyond streaming. A good Vtuber graduation is because they feel happy enough to move forward in life, having accomplished what they wanted with the avatar.
