Most likely they didn't sell all of it. Their executives and early investors most likely still own most shares. They made some money during the IPO, but they could make even more in the future if the price goes up and they sell more.
Another possibility is in the case they own less than the majority of shares. Then someone could just buy them out. Most recent example is Elon buying Twitter(their executives had only 2~3% share combined).
Basically, they may be richer, but they can be richer if they make stock prices higher.
