Thing is IRyS situation is ENTIRELY different from the other Holos since her vSinger contract is different.
Main part is that Cover has full rights and complete and utter control over her music, IRyS doesn't own even an iota of any of the orisongs she sung for them.
She most likely wouldn't even be allowed to commission her own orisongs if she was willing and wanted to.

It's why her music doesn't really "fit her" very well, none of it is actually "her" music.
She'd obviously never say it but it's pretty fucking obvious she doesn't particularly like most of the tracks.

I mean, yeah, that is a big part of it. A lot of her stuff is hit or miss but I think pretty much everything on her two actual EPs (Journey, Quarter Bravery) is fantastic. I love both of those EPs and have probably listened to both hundreds of times.

In my opinion Project hope was the EN version of Innonaca Music that used to produce Azki. So 500k subs would be more than enough, but because of her talent and dedication, she managed to achieve numbers never expected.
So they are considered a huge success for japs and dont try to improve. It does not help how she loves her manager far too much and things never change

She really leans into it when it comes to asking for encores and goes "sha nai na" a bit before "giving in" during any karaoke stream. She often brings things up about her body weather it's her breasts or feet knowing and often denies playing into a bit more or does that and then elaborates or does more. Like being told every song she sang was a favorite during her song learning stream and responding with "that's the right answer" or something like that. I don't think there's much to this aside from light stuff. Like her idle threats when someone make a comment about her breasts or jokingly annoys her. She did shove her foot in her mom's face and forced her to smell it (to prove it wasn't smelly when she was a kid) for what it's worth

Yandere/Loyalty
She has tiny amounts of yandere-ish tendencies. Like the whole GTA V Micheal NTR plot that spawned a whole bunch of cockbell jokes in the thread (which I might've had a hand in starting). She was really clingy and and was of constantly suspicious of his wife at every turn expecting the NTR eventually to happen. (The NTR did eventually happen.) She was probably just projecting a bit of herself onto Micheal as opposed to her liking the whole yandere angle. She gives a 70% luck bost to everyone who has only her as an oshi. The more oshis you have the less luck you receive and if she draws you a profile picture you have to use it for at least a month (outdated) or never take it off (up to date). That and the occasional puppy-dog eyes/sad bit when she doesn't get validated

Size
She often gets wowed by proportionally large things like (idk uh) the trees in the last Geoguessr stream (off the top of my head) and has a tendency to to call smaller things "cute" like on her last Q&ASMR I guess. There are more SizeQueenRyS moments but I can't remember them right now

Non-Con
During IRyS' futon "stream before stream" she did veer off in that direction is all I really need to say but I'll add. Her futon being used when she was gone, felt it's warmth, sniffed it a bunch, talked about feeling a stick on her face and not bothering to wake up. She also got voyeured and almost got fondled in her sleep. I remember some justifications being "It's totally fine. It's not like this girl is taken, right?" Everyone could see how rapey it was. Especially because the schtick went on for almost an hour

NTR
Carrying on from the non-con, there were more justifications like, "Oh, she's married? It's okay. I'm just trying to wake her up." She did have a whole fantasy where she (reminiscent of her GTA V playthrough) exaggerated her mom's relationship with Clive and and turned it into an NTR fic. She also when around and married a ton of people in-game as a kid in some rpgs for items or whatever and got slapped for being a two-timer or something but seems look upon that memory fondly. So she might slightly be into NTR if she's getting chosen. If so it's most likely just that part and not everything else it comes with, which loops back into Attention and Praise. Especially her not liking the NTR in White Album 2 which she talked about with Reine on that one twitter space

Swallowing(?)
Up to you to decided how legitimate this is. When she started eating Faun's cabbage and as asked to spit it out she want to swallow it instead. That and I think she randomly brought up that she hated people just spitting on the side of the road disgusting. It's not much but it's more than enough to extrapolate with

IRyS and AZKi, despite both being "vSingers" are in entirely different contracts. AZKi is from a time when Cover was still tiny and didn't know shit so it's incredibly lenient and pro-talent, especially since they wanted to attract an already well established internet famous singer with it, while IRyS was a relative nobody and her contract came off of Suisei and Mori striking it really big with their music and Cover getting dollar signs in their eyes thinking about how much more money they could make if they actually owned all that music, so it's going to be incredibly restricting and in favor of the company.
We know for a fact that IRyS isn't really into the songs they make her sing, she has very little input over her "official" musical direction. That part of her career is entirely in the hands of Cover.

Suisei has talked about that part of their contracts very extensively. She personally DOES own the music she makes for example. In full. Theoretically if she said Cover isn't allowed to use Stellar Stellar anymore they wouldn't be able to do shit about it.
IRyS expressively does NOT own the rights to anything she produces. Even if she suddenly started really fucking hating CoD and never ever wanted to hear or sing it ever again she couldn't do anything but very nicely ask Cover.

The Suisei half of it is literally something she herself talked about. Granted her situation is different from literally any other Holo since Cover doesn't own the "Suisei" character/design either, so it's not very transferable to the rest of them.

Either way it should be glaringly obvious to anyone who's followed Hololive for a while that IRyS has a lot more restrictions on the kind of content she is allowed to produce herself than any of them, which is really what this all boils down to in the end.
Cover says jump - IRyS jumps. That's the kind of relationship they have when it comes to her musical direction.

I wasn't talking about her. I was referring to the project she's part of. The one that started with an MV that reads "Producer: Omegaα" on its description.
There was more to it than what we saw so far which is mostly unceremoniously released songs with very delayed MVs... with Caesura being the only exception.

I'm aware. That's part of the issue anon.
Her management, ie the link between her and Cover/ other staff, is the wholly incompetent EN staff.

Like every other company, especially Japanese companies, there's a clear hierarchy.
She can't just randomly walk up to someone and bother them about work shit. Everything goes through her management.
She's heavily implied that's a big part of the reason her redesign took so fucking long too. She kept bothering her management and only got back vague "It's being worked on, have patience" type answers with no fucking idea if anything was even moving in the background.

Watson in particular is fucking constantly shitting on EN management as a whole, it's a small miracle she hasn't been suspended for it yet.
