There's a small corpo JP I watch who really loves Hololive, has multiple covers of Holo originals, talks about Hololive on stream... but she seems happy in her corpo, she is still actively streaming and has said nothing about graduating, and if JP7 really is announced at HoloFES she would need to graduate real fucking soon for that to work.
