If I was a psychologist, I'd say that Ame is repressing her romantic feelings for Gura.
I mean, Ame so readily flirts with every holo member. Even girls who she's never met before prior to the collab (Ollie) or girls who she can barely communicate with (Mel).
And it clearly isn't a friend thing, because she flirts with Ina a lot too. And Kiara. And Mori.
So.. you're left with Gura. She's the one exception to the rule. Gura is the ONLY persoN Ame has ever found difficulty flirting with. Sure, she does it sporadically, but very rarely. And when Gura flirst back, Ame either gets uncomfortable, goes silent, or does some audible cringing noise.
So I've come to two conclusions:
