Maybe OP is talking about how Axel spent an hour negotiating with the tourney management because they didn't want to let Selen in. They thought she was too good for a streamer tournament because of her pred history. He had to argue that she's actually washed up and suffering from a ping disadvantage. It's still a dumb bait thread though.

Reminder that Axel was desperate for anyone because he could not ask JP people, who had the best ping, who he didn't know to join the tournament due to EN management restrictions and management were too slow to ask so everyone was taken.
So really, this was kind of a mutual favor here.

Supposedly Selen was a pred back when it was harder. Top 500 or something? So she was valued much higher. I'm just going by what Selen and Axel said about it. They could be both lying for all I know.
