In NijiEN, most of it goes to the suits who pocket it for themselves. NijiEN talents aren't allowed to do basic shit like fund their own merch to make real money off of. If you buy NijiEN merch that isn't a voice pack, the talent is getting, for sure, less than a 35% cut. Likely far lower than that given how little EN members care to shill the shit. Meanwhile you have Hololive talents like Pekora and Lamy making literal millions from merchandise because Cover cares more about their workers than their CEO's yacht collection. I'm not saying NijiEN talents are all one step away from poverty, but the difference is night and day.
