Gender identity is in the same vein and you are similarly free to say "Korone is a cute girl, I love her voice!" even though you are implying the IRL person behind the avatar is a girl. There is nothing wrong with noting an open trans chuuba is trans, and you can bet your ass if anons were doing it in a positive way like "[she who shall not be named] is a trans icon, I love her!" those posts would be left standing.
Plus even beyond that on its own merits you have entire threads that are WAY more arguable meta/off-topic/rule 2 violations like the one speculating about how many chuubas actually sleep together behind the scenes that go hundreds of posts unmolested. It's not a genuine rules enforcement, it is a personal crusade by janitors who are offended by a certain brand of bigoted posts.
