Are there any vtubers that genuinely care about their fans? Or do they all just see them as pathetic money dispensers they have to deal with?

My oshi devotes 6 out of 7 days to streaming.
She never goes a day without telling me hi and what she's up to on twitter.
She's thanked me countless times for the support, and always gives her best when entertaining me.
Miko definitely cares about her fans.
