Of those that actually watch, only a small percent will actually buy merch / memberships so 4.3M suddenly turns into 20-40k actually buying merch / memberships. I get it, that's still a fairly big number, but let's not pretend that she sees all of that as income. Going by what we know about other splits, she'd be lucky to get 35% of it, meaning that 20 - 40k is now 7 - 14k at the end of the day.
She's not going to struggle by any metric, but just phoning it in means less and less people willing to splurge on memberships / merch because there's absolutely no value there.
