I assume you mean holos that are parasocial with their chat and not just parasocial fans.
Kiara for EN. She isn't gfe but she is probably one of the true parasocial menheras in hololive.
ID is Kaela. She also doesn't do gfe but she spends nearly every hour she isn't asleep or in class solo streaming with her chat. Even got better at English to talk to her chat.

I don't like Kiara anymore but I was there from the beginning and it's hard not to see why she's so parasocial
She was at a horrible part of her life and her fans are pretty much all she had. She seeks validation a lot and her chat provides her with that.
I respect that and her hard work and while she might not be GFE, she loves the chat as much as they love her. And she means it too because it bleeds in a lot into her RM now.
I would be a KFP if it wasn't for the fact that I can't stand the insufferable chicken voice and not great personality.
