>>4690325Oh my god retards actually believe this shit about baby's first Hearthstone clone. Anything to defend Mori from mild criticism, I guess.
Here's the problem with doing this. If you get defensive like this, people know it's getting under your skin. Things get under your skin, people will go harder to spite you. In a similar fashion, you try to shield your favorites from even the mildest criticism, they'll likely never learn or improve.
It's a known thing she's not been great at collabs, and there's a myriad of excuses. First collab is always bad. Collab with people outside of her bubble are always bad. But now we have a collab that she was actually excited for, and people are pointing out the difference between her usual. As they should, it's pretty obvious.
And it's pretty important she realizes this difference because it might genuinely help her improve by channeling that energy towards future collabs with talent within Hololive for a change.
But instead trying to keep her in a safe zone by smothering her with defenses against evil antis, not only is a mechanism that tells her it's okay to not improve. It also makes people who do have criticism to go even harder in response. Until you get another moment where she'll have to step away for a bit because of the stress and pent up frustration.
