Foot fetishes are the most common fetish among any age group due to shear volume of population. It's easy to hide and or you can be as blatant and open about it as you wish.
Women commonly have this fetish but quite a bit of men do as well.
The foot has loads of nerve paths that can inflict pain, relaxation and also pleasure.
There are many websites dedicated to pictures of just feet and other foot innuendos.
But there are also sexual acts commited with feet such as footjobs and feet teasing.
The direct connection between vtubers and their audience is more of a sense of anonymity among them I suppose.
I personally don't understand the appeal but hey different strokes for different folks right.
