They can. Nobody knows what Nazuna's issue is. The running theory is that her previous entity can stream on YT because it predates Hololive and they can't do shit about that, just like with Kson, but because Nazuna did not predate Hololive, they can somehow block Nazuna from streaming on YT for at least some time period.

Haven't we already crossed the 1 year anniversary of her termination? If it is 2 years, which appears (based on what I can find online of Japanese law) to be the maximum that a non-compete clause can exist, then it won't be until next year.
