obviously some details are being left out that we dont actually need to be privy to; that makes the story less believable, since we know she excludes info all the time, especially one info that gets people vacationed if they say it.
her actually being sick is something that can be heard or does effect stream from time to time, including but not limited too, the oxygen machine, the breathing tubes, and blood transfusions.
