Sometimes I wish she'd just announce her graduation but deep down I would be glad enough if she just started communicating more, I'm not asking to stream every day, even 2-3 times a week is fine but this lack of communication is killing me inside. This is worse than a teoxic abusive girlfriend because she can't see my suffering and she just keeps doing whatever she feels like doing.

I would've climbed mountains and more for her.

Truth is this just a job for her. She's on full Ayame mode now and it's almost definitely permanent. She doesn't really need to stream much at all anymore, so she's just not going to. And Cover won't force her to stream but they won't graduate her either, even without streaming she's still a valuable asset as a marketing tool and a draw for events, so as long as she does the bare minimum they'll leave her alone.
You might as well just accept this status quo, catch the rare stream whenever she feels like doing one and find someone else to invest the rest of your time into. It's better than making threads to seethe.
