At that point, you're choosing the convenience of a job or the people, as you say, as part of the entirety of the package. Not many companies can offer that and not everyone values that sort of thng but even if you did value those things it would be difficult to believe you would stay despite receiving a pittance.
All this is speculation and rumors about them being lowballed since there is no concrete information anyways. All I'm arguing is that if they did have shit contracts that they would leave in the same way Vshojo lost a lot of their talents. It's posible they are lowballing them but whatever their pay cut is, it's gotta be better than going indie.
