Vtubers give their fans "the talk" when they start to feel uncomfortable. They aren't doing it out guilt. If they felt guilty then they would stop preying on your weak emotions to get money.

At the end of the day these are the same women that bullied you, ignored you, and just generally felt disgusted by you in high school and every other place in your life. If they actually saw you in person they would feel that same sense of disgust. They give you "the talk" because they want to let you know that the thought of you fantasizing about them as your gf makes them want to throw up. You're just a faceless ATM that they get cash from and they do not want to acknowledge the people behind those dollars. Pay them and shut up. They aren't your friend. They aren't your lover.
