if we assume holomems gets an even split between them and Cover on all earning generated from their yt channel and twitch, 10% out of concert sales, and 5% out of sponsor deals, then we can estimate that merch profit sharing is around 30:70 (that is, holomems gets 30% of merch revenue after production costs/raw materials etc, 70% goes to Cover for operational expenses (merch staffs, etc))
This includes averages from all commerce sales such as voice packs, general merchs, custom merchs, event merchs, etc.

From my understanding from the report, 30% is what they have planned or rather promised to the talents currently. The company would go bankrupt especially with the huge debt they are in because of the Metaverse and 3D studio if they give 30% currently.
Once they are able to get returns from these investments and repay the loan, they will be able to split the merch profit to around 30%.

The reason CCV is a meme is because, where the view is coming from is more important than total views. This is the US and ID rates as an example, which are both high. If you look at other regions in SEA and South America you find you get much less per click than this. ID is growing and should become more profitable soon but the US will always pay more per view than any other country. That's why imo the holos with the highest US viewership are the most profitable. I mean every US view is worth more than any other country.

What would happen if Pomu and Selen actually applied to phase and idolen? Would they get accepted?
Do they have the correct skill set to join them?

How much SCs she gets doesn't matter the % is the same. She's talking about the same thing Pomu was, what % of your dollar goes to the streamer. She gets 35% of SCs, so that means some merch is higher than that and some is below. That's a more co-dependency kind of love you are describing, both of them are using and rely on fans for emotional dependency whereas Bae's love is more selfless where she wants to give back to the fans and is happiest when she does. I wouldn't think the former kind of love is necessarily "more" or superior. Also this is Bae's dream job and she has repeatedly expressed this in the past which is why she puts so much effort into it, she would absolutely become depressed as well if she was terminated.

Fauna is also an excellent example of this where it's selfless love and she wants to give back to the fans at every turn and not have them worry too much about her, Bae does this too, both of them hide their hard times from the fans so they wouldn't have to worry about them and they just focus on pushing out content for them at a consistent rate.
Lastly, I believe Kiara is a mix of both categories but falls more into the "co-dependency" kind of love

TLDR: Co-dependent love isn't necessarily greater than selfless love and this argument is kind of dumb

Super chat farming is done by them, voice packs done by them, creating interesting streams done by them, making content worth paywalling is handled by them. They get a generous cut for all of these because they are directly involved.

There is a difference between a series and a one-off collab, especially if it involves multiple people. Chadcast and Holotalk are not treated the same as something like playing A Way Out or open VC in Minecraft and likely require specific permissions. For example, Koyori can't even mention or talk about things in Asakoyo without the permission of those involved, and that isn't even a collab show. And Ame's AM show and Fish Tank definitely fall into this category.
