What's so hard about it? It's just a grindfest until you eventually get it. You have the baseline skills to achieve it, i.e. you can hit things enough, and then it's just about queueing up again and again until enough things align where you hit that damage or kill threshold.
Still doesn't say anything about being able to get to Pred on her own, by her own merits. Nobody would ever accept this as a legitimate Pred achievement if, say, someone like MoonMoon played Apex and this is how he got Pred. He'd be clowned on and endlessly accused of being carried. But we should drop standards because Selen has a fat pussy?

It's amusing how girls have zero shame in bragging about being carried in vidya as if they were two buckets of water on the ends of a staff. Reminds me of back when I played League, and I buddied up with this Diamond guy who was hardcore simping for this E-girl who he straight up boosted from Bronze to Platinum. She always looked down on me and gave me snark for being hardstuck Gold, but she could barely maintain a reasonable CS in any given match we played and always ended with a horrific KDA. He ended up ditching me one day after I pissed her off, and although he was a really cool dude, hanging out with him always meant that she'd be in tow, so it was disappointing but kind of a relief. Anyway, good for Selen Tatsuki, I suppose.

I think that is a huge part of her appeal to a lot of her audience though. See how her playing Apex going for "pred" gets her 4k viewers with ease when she has been struggling to break 1k viewers and usually is not breaking 2k viewers on every solo game she plays this month. I'm pretty sure the stated goal was explicitly just to get to the rank and not keep it until the end of the season because she already knows she cant dedicate the time required to keep it while being in Nijisanji and wanting to maintain a variety schedule instead of just no lifing one game.
