The only reason the plan for EN3 has never been set in motion since 2022 is because Omega doesn't want Tempus to get overshadowed by the girls?
Even at EN's status quo, as long as the new girls aren't a bunch of assholes and retards, they will thoroughly stomp on the boys' numbers
And with more members, it will be easier for the EN girls to collab with each other
The previous branch director was replaced by the current branch director around Q4 of 20222
I would argue that the themes, designs, lore, etc of new gen will take around half a year before they can start the audition
When HoloEN3 finally debut, those pests who called themselves "fans" will most likely pester the new HoloEN members to collab with Tempus
I think it will be especially hard on HoloEN3 because based on holopro's hierarchy, they are the "kouhais" and it also doesn't help almost half of their senpais are collabing with Tempus
And on top of that, I'm quite sure a few Tempus members will comment on HoloEN3's streams unprompted
I kind of pity the EN3 future members because they will have to at least surpass Council and handle the homobeggars issue right after their debut
But it's definitely worth it in exchange for the golden ticket
