Japanese management can be horrible but they couldn't get the rest of hololive to pretend that she is okay if she was dead. Haachama might have received a suspension but when Fubuki told viewers that she was doing well that was mostly true. Unless contract negotiations go badly there is little chance of a graduation.

I mean I am leaning more in to education myself.
I know the stress it can cause and I'm an ORGANISED person who schedules his day. (albeit flexibly, but I still generally stuck to it)
Haachama has always had poor control of her timing with things, or her time in general.
Her failing education again, as she was behind in grades before back in Kangarooland, is not at all surprising.
As for rape or some form of harassment IRL, could be as well. I never considered that. Laplus got harassed IRL too. It sadly comes with the territory - stalkers are always gonna be an issue.
