I've been conducting a small experiment since this first happened to me. For the last 23 days, right before going to bed, I listen to Spanish AI covers (Mostly the ones that use Pekora's voice, but any holomem yields similar results). Every single time, without fail, i have the most violent nightmares I've ever had.
I wake up sweating, short of breath and sometimes even feel physical pain around my chest. I began to notice effects on my health after the first week. If I didn't get some sleep on the bus ride back home from work I'd probably be dead or in the hospital.

I still am unable to draw a conclusion from all this, so I must keep going.
