If she WANTED to stream, she could have done it literally any other time without shilling merch, but she's CHOOSING to do it on a day when merch shilling WILL be a thing.
If this stream is even her idea and not Cover forcing her, we don't know.

They're growing the EN branch, period. The more likely thing is they're looking for better talents than the ones they currently have and are probably going to have a better management team with better contracts as well. The current EN girls; the majority of them are just lazy and don't treat this like the job it is. They treat it like a hobby at most, to do in their spare time.
