This is also why it's sort of a hard situation for others just getting in to it, because of the AI explosion.
With barely any work, it's rather easy to shit out AI stuff, fix it with inpainting and do a little manual work after the fact to tidy it up just that little bit more.

Even the whole "but what about the PSDs?" isn't much of an argument because it is fairly easy to take a single layer image and sort of "split" the image up in to layers so you can have your highlights, your shadows, your outlines, text and whatever other layers you wish to add.
