It makes sense for this. Bae has a thick accent that could make it hard to learn with and Fauna has a weird voice in general. Myth at least has four "normal" accents, and Kiara who knows many languages so she would know what to emphasize for learning purposes.

The popularity of streamers as well as Vtubers is on the decline in the West unlike in the Asia.
Even western gaming companies are using Tiktokers instead of Twitch people on their Twitch channels.
Since HoloEN's main activity is "streaming", it is very reasonable to advertise mainly in Asia.
