This was her first real game frame (other than two gimmicky Fall Guys ones) and I think her second ever time she had an extended Zatsudan portion with Kuro as well. She is still clearly very hesitant about using Kuro in the first place. I think it might be related to the mixed messages she got from that poll last year (which in my opinion was poorly phrased, there was basically no middle ground between "I want Kuro all the time" or "I want Kuro once a decade").
She seemed really unsure if we even wanted this in the first place. First, she probed us on Twitter to see if we'd be interested in this, then mentioned she is still undecided and might play the game herself after all and then the next day did a poll during her stream to make sure we actually wanted it (I couldn't see the final result as I only saw it in the archive but it sounded like a 90% yes kind of thing).
During the gameplay portion of this stream, she deliberately acted like someone with little streaming experience, playing in a pretty natural way, she stayed mostly quiet and didn't talk/overact much during the whole thing. And during the zatsudan part, she kept acting as though she isn't all that familiar with most Holomen and only has surface knowledge about them, only referring to them with their last name as though they were strangers and saying she doesn't want to collab with them because she barely knows them, doesn't know how to talk to them and has very little in common with them in general. She's pretty dedicated about staying in character and really afraid of coming out of her self-imposed limits while using Kuro. I'm sure someone like Okayu would make for a great first collab, but she seems really against it.
I think the above-mentioned masturbation comment was just another instance of her trying to find her limits. During the last Zatsudan, she did the same thing when she called us virgins for the first time (I think?). She's slowly trying to see how people react to her saying these kind of things, note how she tweeted about going through the tags to gauge everyone's reactions immediately after the stream. I can honestly see why, while I don't mind too much, but it can be jarring for some people to hear her say stuff like this as Kuro while pretending to be more innocent as Shirakami, it's kind of similar to the fake Mane-chan hand card opening situation in a way. It's a fine line to walk and she wants to make sure she doesn't do anything that might affect her fans opinion of her.
