Aren't they pretty much admitting they shit the bed with Vesper's original model by doing a completely new one mere months after his debut? I really don't know why they tried so hard to sabotage Tempus, they really gave them all some of the worst possible models as if they were trying to force them to fail. Clearly, it didn't work because the opposite has happened and they have now been forced to pay for a new model for Vesper.
