We've had multiple talents (including Kson and Henya) say that it's basically either they go to Vshojo and say "I would like to do this" or they suggest things to talents which they can decline. Mandated things only come from other deals, like needing to stream Smite for the members in the Smite collab. Talents pay for models and assets Vshojo just handles contacting and negotiating with artists. And Froot mentioned they provide an allowance that can be used for stream activities.
This is the information we know, and you have not actually provided evidence other than "trust us". When asked someone pointed to a couple of her Apex streams, where the "noruma" clearly meant grinding ranked in that context, even by her words at the start of the stream. You point to unarchived twitcasts which you won't even provide clips for (even though we know some of you guys archive it even if she asked you not to).

I buy the "she's leaving" rrat, if only because of her twitter bio, but there's no hard evidence of a quota other than your word. Her monthly hours aren't even that consistent.
