This is quite a peculiar way of making an announcement because this implies that Cover is sure, or has ensured, that Vesper and Magni are not gonna be able to make any sort of activity on their accounts, yet they have also not made mention of any ailments or illness that would prevent them like what they did for ones who got covid or had mental issues like Laplus.

Then why haven't Cover said similar stuff with regards to Gura, Ina, Aqua, Shion, Ayame, Haachama, etc. who have been able to go over a month/s of no visible activities or news. The fact that they are making this sort of statement is telling that they know Magni and Vesper aren't just gonna suddenly start streaming or appear in someone else's stream, post on twitter or youtube community, do a twitcast, or other sorts of activities with their official accounts.
