Maybe before but Ike has been completely checked out this entire year, he almost never posts schedules anymore and he hasn’t even done two full months worth of streams out of almost 7 months. He’s on vacation and traveling or working or on break so often he doesn’t even announce it beforehand most of the time. Anon, just being in NijiEN won't help you if you are a liver. We already know stealth suspensions existed, NijiEN's own management confirmed it in the hit piece they wrote up of Zaion's termination. Trust in the branch's management is at its lowest point, the fact that TWO (2) talents who were from the biggest wave both mysteriously could not show up despite being advertised as such should raise red flags. Who knows if Anycolor will even provide refunds.

Panels have a call time right? So someone from Niji was able to reach Vox in time for him to show up late, but couldn't reach Ike at all because he was sleeping/dead-drunk/whatever excuse. This can become a nothing-burger for their fans/audience. But for event-organizers/collab-partners, it really shows that corporate streamers are no better than indie streamers when it comes to professional responsibility and timeliness.

If the organizers are familiar with twitch staff or any other streamer event organizers, they would have heard stories for sure. I remember the flesh-streamer I watch talking about how happy the twitch rivals staff was when he and his group showed up at call-time. Showing up on-time in a professional setting should be expected, not a reason to be extremely happy and somehow that was the case. There were at least 1 TikToker and 3 Youtube/Twitch streamer there too. Did they show up late? Imagine inviting corporate talents and indies only to have one corporate talent show up after the actual panel started and for the other corporate one to miss it. What great professional behavior.

VShojo has no direct control over their talents
In agencies like Hololive or Nijisanji, staff owns and has access to all of your company accounts, which is how they're able to suspend you and stop you from doing anything.

At best, VShojo can ADVISE you to do something (or not do something), but ultimately they can't make you do anything.
