and somewhat playing in general experience right now. Even smaller streamers get targeted, ddosed and harassed, even when they aren't streaming. A huge streamer like Ame would just get bombarded at full blast, the insane schizos that do this stuff are a "community" too so they'd probably collaborate and go above and beyond with doxx shit and the like. Even if not for the schizos, a lot of mods and settings would have to go into making chat, names and items unreadable. The most she could do is rocket jump on a private server or something.
