>>5376900Fair enough, I sometimes forget that this is still just a small niche of the internet, one that's growing rapidly, but still small. I just find it annoying that a lot of the more fun ideas are being fucked over by upper management at the behest of their current sponsors.
Ultimately a company's goal is to make profits, and moves that may harm a sponsor's continued interest in bankrolling the company are avoided, but it's still damn annoying to see it happen.
That said, how often do individuals/streamers get full time sponsorship deals with bigger companies anyhow?
On the youtube side of things there's VPN's, gamer supps, subscription shaving and meal kits, Brilliant, Nebula and Raycon's, for the most part.
