The selfish genes of all lifeforms don't give a fuck about the mental wellbeing of the organisms they're programming, just that they reproduce. Most animals probably do in fact get traumatized/suffer to some extent on a daily basis from being raped, doesn't mean that this isn't a natural process or that they're not hardwired to be raped to reproduce though.
Saying 'well rape is natural/socially made up' just because it happens throughout the animal kingdom doesn't mean anything about the morality of it, nor does it mean that raping animals magically doesn't cause them to suffer.
So what if animals rape each other on a daily basis? That doesn't somehow mean forcing animals to breed or forcibly masturbating cos and abusing their udders is suddenly morally ok.
