Don't think they can officially be called that since they're stars, but management probably had every intention of them being EN3 and probably still views them as such. They share the same management as HoloEN and the reason we didn't get the actual EN3 sooner is because of the shared management having their hands tied up with Tempiss. They don't have a separate branch intrrnally like StarsJP do, hence why there is no separate Twitter account for them like with StarsJP. The StarsJP Twitter account doesn't even post about Tempiss whatsoever while the HoloJP account still tweets about EN

Basically they wanted to destroy the "gen barriers", maybe they were even worried about how the senpai-kohai dynamic wouldn't translate into English. I'm sure this idea came from that retard Omegatroon.

Anyway the reason Council isn't called EN2 is simply because the group has a name, for the same reason nobody calls HoloX "gen6", but everyone calls gen5 "gen5" because they have no real name.
Claiming there are no gens is just denial of reality, they're a gen regardless of what you call them. Death to Omegatroon.

EN3 has no name, so people call it EN3. When it gets announced and they have a name, people will use it.
Tempiss is Holostars EN and only comes into the discussion by the fact that they need English speaking middle management like the EN girls.

The naming traditions don't really matter, it's like Niji calling their groups "waves", just a term to define the fact that newcomes join in groups. You can name them whatever you want, just don't pretend they aren't a bunch of successively debuting groups. The issue that is exactly what Omegatroon is trying to do. If you remember last year, they had some kind of changing of the qualifications and now it says "you can't apply while applying to another company".

I would imagine they were working on an EN3 but kept having an issue with girls flooding the marketplace with applications.

I still think they were putting together SOMETHING, but then the Myth/Council girls went afk, EN3 fell apart, so they had to shove the boys in there early.
