Hoping at least 1 is some degree of gamer. I don't care if they're good at games, that doesn't matter. I'd just like for them to be passionate about them, and actively seek out lots of different stuff to try and enjoy. Things like Ina's Nier playthrough or Kiara's Tales of playthroughs are great examples.
Hoping one of them is chatty and sociable and proactive about setting up collabs. Stuff like Chadcast, the TRPG and holotalk are great initiatives that brought a lot to holoEN and I'd love to see one of the EN3's willing and able to contribute to something new like that.
A total autist that plays autism games. This one is a selfish personal wish more than anything. I want a vtuber that streams long marathons of Factorio or HOI or obscure dadgames from the 90s/00s like Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. I want them to barely interact with chat and quietly obsess over trivial OCD things, punctuated only with occasional grunts, loud and suddenly explitives when shit goes wrong and frequent, unapologetic savescumming in the pursuit of trivial perfection in trivial things.
